How do you like some saliva in your soup? Bird nest soup is a famous delicacy of Chinese cuisine and a bowl of it sells for about USD100. It's basically the bird's nest which it builds with its own saliva. Could not be harvested everywhere. This particular one is in a remote location in Phi Phi islands of Thailand.
